Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
Large pot
Mazola®Sobrecitos™ bouillon packets, chicken flavor
Salt and pepper
2-3 sliced carrots
Bisquick and milk
Directions:
Place whole chicken in pot and cover with water. Boil until cooked. Save the broth. Remove chicken and shred. Add shredded chicken into broth. Add carrots. Mix in two packets of Mazola®Sobrecitos™ bouillon packets. Let simmer on medium.

Now - about the bouillon packets. Loved them. One packet equals one normal cube, and they are made with sea salt as opposed to table salt. I liked that you don't have to worry about the spices breaking down like you do with traditional bouillon cubes. That's a big deal for me because I actually bit into one along time ago and will never forget the experience, lol! I'm not the keenest chef, so the packets are such a easy, fool-proof method. I could also see using one with hot water to make a quick broth soup. They also have a tomato version that I want to try with my mom's Spanish rice recipe!

My favorite childhood recipe is my Mom's Stuffed Squash and Stuffed Green Peppers, and also her Chicken Curry. Delicious! Wish she was still here to make them for us...I miss her so.
